Our client, a rapidly growing national provider of portable X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiogram, and EKG services. Operating across multiple states and expanding aggressively, is looking to hire a Business Acquisition Project Lead
The Acquisition Project Lead is responsible for driving the internal execution of active and upcoming acquisitions, from due diligence through post-close integration. This role ensures every internal workstream moves forward with precision, accountability, and speed. You will manage documentation, timelines, and cross-department coordination to deliver seamless transitions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed acquisition and integration plans, tracking deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
Coordinate Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, IT, and Billing teams to ensure readiness and timely execution.
Deliver concise weekly updates to the CEO and leadership team on progress, risks, and next steps.
Collect, validate, and organize internal data and documentation for each transaction.
Prepare pre-close and post-close transition plans covering staffing, systems, compliance, and workflows.
Drive adherence to deadlines and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks.
Oversee integration tasks to ensure smooth operational transition with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-department projects with strict timelines.
Strong ability to interpret data, identify gaps, and ensure compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions quickly.
Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of business processes, financial statements, and operational workflows.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
Exceptional organizational and execution discipline
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
