CRNA physician employment in Florida : A busy trauma hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.

The schedule is Monday - Friday with 8 or 12 hour shifts from 7 : 00am - 3 : 00pm, 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm, 7 : 00am - 9 : 00pm, and 7 : 00am - 3 : 00pm or 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm on the weekends. The clinician must have level 1 trauma experience and pediatric experience, NICU experience, willing to do a variety of shifts, and willing to rotate through weekend day shifts are preferred. There is a care team model with 10 MDs and 23 CRNAs / AAs. The clinician will be medically directed. The facility has 20 ORs, 464 beds, 11,000 annual cases (50% peds), and 3,000 deliveries. The cases include B&B, general, OB, trauma, interventional radiology, ortho, specialized ortho (limb lengthening), pediatric bariatric and adult, ophthalmology, MRI under sedation, complex peds, level I adult and peds trauma, high‑risk OB, and no cardiac or pain. CRNAs do place their own spinals.
