Physician – Ohio State Heart and Vascular Memorial Health | Interventional Cardiologist/Structural Heart
Department & Location The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek an interventional cardiology/structural heart physician to join the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Ohio State Heart and Vascular Memorial Health in Columbus, Ohio.
Position Overview The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible interventional cardiologist, with or without structural heart training, to join an elite team of physicians at the assistant or associate professor rank. The candidate will provide routine and complex coronary artery disease care, including inpatient and outpatient consultative services, and will primarily practice at the Memorial Health location with opportunities to perform complex coronary and structural cases at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital.
Responsibilities • Clinical care and complex coronary and structural interventions, both inpatient and outpatient.
• Consultation and collaboration with cardiology, cardiac surgery, and other specialties.
• Participation in research and academic activities (preferred).
Requirements
Board eligible or board certified interventional cardiology.>
Successful completion of a US‑accredited cardiology fellowship.
Eligible for an Ohio medical license.
Experience with interventional cardiology and/or structural heart procedures.
Clinical and extramurally funded research is desirable.
Qualified for an academic appointment at The Ohio State University with rank and salary commensurate with training and experience.
