Corporate Partnership — Account Management & Activation Associate (Part-Time)
Corporate Partnership — Development Associate (Part-Time)
How You’ll Contribute The Marquee 360 — Corporate Partnership department is seeking to fill two part-time positions for the 2026 season within two preidentified areas. The Part-Time Corporate Partnership Associate roles will be assigned to recurring and one-off tasks specifically identified to support the Partnership Development team or the Account Management team. These roles will provide consistent, reliable support internally for the sales and service teams and externally for existing or prospective clients.
Interview & Hiring Timeline: interviews with qualified candidates are anticipated to begin in December / January and target a January start date.
The duration of these positions is approximately 12-months, beginning in January through December 2026.
Corporate Partnerships Associates will be expected to work on-site at the Chicago Cubs Front Office approximately 30 hours/week.
The Day-to-day
Provide support executing client, game-day, and non-game-day activations and hospitality events as identified by Partnership Development and Account Management teams.
Build strong relationships with Corporate Partnerships team members and account representatives through proactive communication.Support Partnership Development and Account Management teams in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, service levels, and standards.
Assist in the creation of partnership proposals, sales materials, and activation playbooks for assigned corporate partnership accounts.
Fulfill Photoshop requests for proposals, sales materials, and other presentation needs.
Assist in prospecting and research projects, including sourcing leads, contact information, and emerging opportunities.
Input and maintain accurate fulfillment and contact information in Salesforce or other required systems.
Support the management of ticket and hospitality fulfillment, including gameday troubleshooting and monitoring partner hospitality inboxes.
Support the creation of end-of-season partnership recap reports.
Provide administrative support, including fulfillment and shipment of merchandise or gifts for clients, coordination of on-site needs (e.g., photo/video shoots), and other assigned tasks.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
Demonstrated rapid responsiveness
Photoshop and PowerPoint proficiency
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
What Sets You Apart
Graphic Design Experience
Experience with Nielsen Sports and Salesforce.com
Experience with Vision Insights or other equivalent survey analytics tool
Demonstrated ability to interact with high level clientele and activation agencies
