Assistant Facilities Manager
Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $22.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on experience.
Assists in overseeing operations of a location(s) under the direction of the Facilities Manager to ensure 24/7 parking management and supports programs from headquarters while meeting operational team needs.
Schedule & Pay Rotating two‑week schedule: Week 1: Tuesday through Friday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Typical shift: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Pay: $21.00‑$22.00/hour; non‑tipped. Principal Job Duties
Troubleshoot and fix equipment; basic IT troubleshooting.
Coordinate vendors for operational issues.
Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct on‑site employees.
Identify high‑potential employees for growth.
Teach parking management skills to Supervisors and Team Leads.
Implement projects, programs, and initiatives as needed.
Communicate with local police and emergency management teams.
Assist with event operations.
Display superior customer service and coach others.
Additional related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
2+ years supervisory experience (preferred).
Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office.
Parking management experience preferred.
IT experience preferred.
