Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients within the property management industry and develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Outbound and Relationship building activities: Conduct in‑person visits, phone calls, emails, attend networking events, organize get‑together events, anything required to build relationships with potential customer managing plumbing infrastructure in relation to condo and townhome association.

Conduct Sales Presentations: Present our mobile app to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Understand Client Needs: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.

Manage Sales Pipeline: Track and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, ensuring high levels of customer service and client retention.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of Proven sales experience ,preferably in the property management or facilities services industry.

Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Basic CRM system skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with property management processes and software solutions is desirable but not required. Willingness to learn new technologies.

Attributes: Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
