Business Development Manager

to accelerate our referral network and expand key partnerships across Colorado. Position Overview

The

Business Development Manager

is responsible for building strong referral relationships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding our presence throughout Colorado’s restoration, plumbing, and property management markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being out in the field, and has a passion for building long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, real estate professionals, and insurance partners. Conduct regular outreach visits, sales meetings, follow-ups, appreciation events, and educational presentations. Grow and manage a strategic referral pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Track and analyze performance metrics to identify new opportunities and expansion markets. Attend networking events, industry functions, and community outreach opportunities. Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience from referral to project completion. Represent the company’s brand, values, and professionalism at all times. Participate in weekly sales meetings with leadership to report on progress and strategy. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, plumbing/HVAC sales, insurance, or related trade industries (preferred but not required). Proven track record in B2B relationship building or outside sales. Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills. Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable working independently. Ability to manage time effectively and maintain consistent outreach activity. Valid Colorado driver’s license and clean driving record. Professional, reliable, and comfortable representing a top-tier brand. What We Offer
