CNS, a Congruex Company. Our Large Program division (CNS) is looking for travel crews to complete work around the Louisville, KY market. The crews will support projects in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee and will work together to perform underground fiber construction (Plow, Drill, Bore, Vac Truck, Tie & Vault). On top of our existing benefits package, travel crew members are eligible for competitive base pay with premium pay based on job level, a daily per diem, and a referral bonus. Job Summary
We are looking for a Bore Foreman to join our growing team. The Bore Foreman will operate drilling equipment and/or locate the predetermined path to the exit point and support drilling operations on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities
Operate drilling equipment and various other construction equipment used on the jobsite to complete daily work assignments Drill and/or locate predetermined path to exit point Assist in support of drilling operations Perform duties in standard and high-risk areas Safely and successfully perform duties all year round Perform physical tasks required to successfully complete day-to-day operations Travel overnight to various sites as requested Required Skills
Valid Driver’s License (unrestricted) Pass a pre-employment drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) At least 1 year of recent experience in drilling/locating General knowledge of construction practices and equipment Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with the crew, leadership, and clients Function effectively as an integral part of a team Ability to perform all work outdoors, subject to inclement weather conditions (Desired) Qualifications
CDL preferred, or willing to obtain one OSHA certified All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
