Tom Foolery’s Maintenance Manager We’re seeking a

Maintenance Manager

for our Indoor Theme Park. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the safety, planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in facility maintenance, ride maintenance, ride checks, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and sanitation.

You’ll help ensure a safe, reliable, and visually polished environment, allowing guests to fully enjoy attractions without disruptions. You’ll proactively support ride functionality and facility upkeep, while also empowering associates to deliver exceptional service with confidence and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all rides follow Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules per manufacturer and ride manual guidelines including daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.

Diagnose and troubleshoot ride mechanical failures, electrical issues, and operational problems to minimize downtime.

Maintain bowling equipment including pinsetters, lanes, ball returns, and scoring systems to ensure optimal performance.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 4 years of progressive maintenance experience in theme parks, family entertainment centers, bowling facilities, or related amusement industries; or a 4‑year technical/trade degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or a 2‑year technical degree and 2 or more years of related experience.

Hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting skills similar to automotive mechanics—ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Knowledge of ride maintenance schedules, repairs, and daily operations for family entertainment centers, indoor theme parks, and/or amusement facilities.

Knowledge of bowling lane mechanics, pinsetters, ball returns, and related bowling equipment maintenance.
