What You Will Be Doing:

Manage the day-to-day interaction and coordination of the import/export of seed and non-seed (chemical, specialized, research) items entering/exiting the US. This role is critical to delivering the business through ensuring smooth Import and Export Operations. Responsibilities include meeting compliance and customs requirements, efficient and accurate document creation, and meeting customer and production demands. The import of materials directly impacts production sites, and Exports support foreign manufacturing sites as well as sales to end customers. Key Responsibilities:

Perform import/export activities with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Coordinate logistics for shipments across ocean, air, land, and rail in partnership with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all import/export documentation for U.S. and foreign customers. Expedite shipments by working with warehousing, distribution, production planners, and global trade partners. Audit team files to maintain audit-ready status and prepare for USCBP/EPA reviews. Manage complex global trade accounts and trade lanes. Stay updated on APHIS, CBP, USDA, and other regulatory requirements. Develop, maintain, and deliver training on SOPs for assigned portfolios. Serve as the primary contact for foreign partners and customers. Support continuous improvement initiatives across divisions and global teams. Perform other projects and duties as required. Required Skills & Experience:

BA/BS degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in Business, Supply Chain, International Commerce, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and data systems (ACE, SAP, GTS, Amber Road, OneSource) preferred. Ability to work outside normal hours when necessary. Strong analytical skills and deadline/project management capabilities. Knowledge of import/export operations, trade & compliance, and logistics. Experience with agricultural and/or chemical products preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment. Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience managing complex global trade lanes. Strong understanding of APHIS, CBP, and USDA regulations. Experience working cross-functionally across divisions and international teams. Knowledge of auditing processes and compliance readiness standards. Background in training teams on import/export processes and SOPs. Exposure to production or manufacturing workflows. Pay:
