Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Document customer interactions and update customer records to ensure accurate tracking of issues.
Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
Assist in onboarding new customers and educating them about our services.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
