Restoration Supervisor Do you love helping people through difficult situations? Join SERVPRO of Allen/Rockwall/Rowlett as a Restoration Supervisor. In this role you will guide restoration projects, ensure high quality service, and maintain safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects; protect and use equipment and materials properly.
Qualifications
Effective written and oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
IICRC certifications preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects repetitively.
Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals.
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
