Talent Acquisition Partner

to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in Atlanta, US. In this crucial position with hands-on responsibilities, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for our US market while acting as a key partner for hiring needs in EMEA. You will play a vital part in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent globally. This is a unique opportunity to drive proactive sourcing strategies and ensure we bring the best talent into Arrive. How to make an impact

Own full-cycle recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for US roles and support key requisitions across EMEA Source top talent: Utilize LinkedIn, social media, and creative sourcing techniques to build robust pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles Partner with stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, conducting intake meetings, calibrating roles, and guiding decision-making Drive candidate experience: Ensure every applicant has a positive journey with timely communication, feedback, and a seamless interview process Champion diversity: Actively source diverse talent slates and ensure equitable interviewing practices are followed Collaborate globally: Work closely with the global TA team to share best practices and support cross-regional hiring initiatives when needed Maintain data integrity: Ensure the ATS is up to date and provide regular updates on pipeline health to the business About You

We don't expect you to tick every box, but here's what would make you successful in this role: Full-cycle experience: Proven experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, specifically within the US market Global reach: Experience recruiting in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) or a strong willingness and ability to learn complex international markets Sourcing expertise: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and proactive candidate engagement Strong partnership: Ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and influence hiring decisions Exceptional delivery: Balanced speed and quality while maintaining strong candidate experience Tech-savvy: Comfortable using ATS platforms (Teamtailor is a plus) and data to track personal performance Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to pitch the company value proposition effectively Diversity-focused: Committed to delivering diverse hiring results and equitable candidate experiences Adaptable: Capable of managing shifting priorities and working across different time zones when necessary This role is based in Atalanta.
