What We Offer
Competitive salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (W‑2 or 1099 employment options)
Up to 10% equity ownership (in your branch)
Monthly profit sharing – paid out on the 25th of each month
Job leads and vehicle assistance (based on performance)
All equipment and supplies

Assistance with start‑up costs and training
Key Responsibilities
Perform labor‑intensive restoration services at customers’ homes on a 24‑hour basis.
Respond quickly to emergency calls and conduct on‑site assessments of water, fire, and mold damage.
Manage a high volume of customer calls and projects simultaneously.
Provide clear and accurate scoping of services, testing, and job estimates.
Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with clients throughout the restoration process.
Safely operate and maintain restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters.
Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of hazardous materials.
Qualifications
Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Physically capable of performing demanding restoration tasks; able to work independently in a busy environment.
Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment with potential extended hours.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Preferred: previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Compensation $55,000 – $75,000 per year.
