Gastroenterology Physician

Solomon Page is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for multiple 2026 locum coverage blocks in Rockport, Maine . This is a no-call, weekday-only GI assignment with excellent OR support and full travel provided.
Position Details:

• Schedule: M F, 7a 4p (8-hour shift + 30-min lunch)

• Setting: OR-based endoscopy + 1 clinic day/week

• Procedures:

  • Upper GI (with biopsy, foreign body removal, banding)

  • Lower GI (sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy)

  • Advanced procedures preferred but not required

• Volume: patients/day in clinic

• Inpatient consults during the day

• No weekends, no call

• EMR: Epic

• Support: Full OR staff, anesthesiologist + CRNA present for each case
  
• Pay Rate: $3,000-$3,500 daily rate
  
• Malpractice, travel, lodging and rental car is covered

Requirements:

• BC Gastroenterology (ABMS or AOA)

• Active ME license or IMLC LOQ (preferred)

• ADR 35% (preferred)

• ACLS & BLS

• COVID + Flu vaccination
