This Position reports to: Production Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production processes to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.
The work model for the role is onsite.
This role is contributing to the production team in MOTR. Main stakeholders are production assembly team members, industrial engineers, and extended operations team.
Preparing technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times.
Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.
Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements.
Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.

Qualifications For The Role
You are engaged in electrical & mechanical design practices and you enjoy working downstream of technical documentation and specifications.
Ability to demonstrate your experience in manipulating and interpreting 3d models, which directly relate to execution of production fixture assembly and revision of MOTR production documentation.
You are passionate about practical problem solving, mistake proofing, and process improvement.
Associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
You are at ease communicating manufacturing/design concepts with engineers and production employees.
