Job Summary Clubs supervisors ensure that the clubs department is run smoothly. They communicate with the clubs manager daily on what needed during each shift.
Responsibilities
Oversee any clubs team members in clubs during events, helping them with anything they may need.
Give breaks to all team members that want a break.
Work with the team on setting up buffet tables on time, maintaining them throughout the event, and taking them down.
Communicate with the culinary team in their space each day.
Communicate with the clubs manager on any product needs for club spaces.
Ensure everything is left clean, dated, organized, and locked as needed; turn in all paperwork and recaps to clubs manager at the end of the night.
