We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to join a growing team in Raleigh and take charge of large‑scale multifamily projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone ready to hit the ground running and grow with a strong pipeline of work.
Serve as Lead Superintendent on wood‑frame multifamily projects, high profile and budget.
Oversee all field operations, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
Maintain project schedules and ensure quality standards
Collaborate directly with Project Managers to resolve issues proactively
Drive efficient workflows on fast‑paced, large‑scale builds

Proven experience in construction management within the business services industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
