We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects in Raleigh, NC. This role involves managing on‑site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
The Construction Superintendent – Leading Commercial Builder – Raleigh will be responsible for:
Oversee daily on‑site operations for commercial construction projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedules.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct quality inspections and enforce project specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Support project managers in achieving budget and timeline goals.

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management preferred.
