We’re seeking a
Medical Office Assistant
who can provide both clinical and administrative support to physicians and surgeons, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care. ✨ Key Responsibilities Assist with patient care, including vital signs, EKGs, venipuncture, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and preparing exam rooms. Support physicians during procedures and relay instructions to patients and families. Handle clerical duties: manage charts, process medical records, obtain lab/X-ray reports, complete forms, and work within the EMR system. Enter orders or prepare prescription refill requests for physician approval. Monitor, restock, and log medical supplies and equipment; follow sterilization and infection-control protocols. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with PPE standards and legal regulations. Assist with scheduling surgeries/procedures and preparing required documentation (if applicable). Perform phlebotomy duties as needed. Manage appointments, registration, and updates to patient demographics and insurance information. Verify insurance and complete pre-certifications when required. Perform other assigned duties to support smooth clinic operations. Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a
