Our client, a prominent real estate investment company specializing in the life sciences space, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their New York-based executives. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-achieving team in a diverse role. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in their Midtown Manhattan office.
Job Responsibilities
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements and create itineraries
- Manage time tracking and expense reimbursements
- Create agendas, reports, and presentations
- Greet guests professionally and courteously
- Serve as a point of contact for colleagues across departments
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Manage office needs (mail, guest screening, phone calls, office aesthetics)
- Purchase and stock office supplies
- Liaise with vendors
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience as an assistant, coordinator, or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Enjoys learning and collaborating in a team environment
Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000, based on experience.
