Manufacturing Technician – Medical Device

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
A rapidly growing medical device organization is expanding its production operations and seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Technician to support high‑volume clinical and commercial builds. If you enjoy being on the production floor, solving problems in real time, and working in a collaborative, high‑energy environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Work directly on the manufacturing line, handling physical product and supporting day‑to‑day operations.
Troubleshoot issues, assist operators and line leads, and help maintain efficient line performance.
Collect, track, and communicate daily production metrics and KPIs.
Support training activities and serve as the “pulse of the floor,” ensuring teams stay aligned.
Partner closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands‑on catheter assembly experience or similar medical device manufacturing background.
Experience in testing, troubleshooting, balloon manufacturing, or process understanding (5–10 years a plus).
Cleanroom experience with sterile product handling.
Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and standard manufacturing documentation practices.
Nice-to-Haves
Electromechanical experience
IPC certifications
Exposure to validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
