Role Overview The VA Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and hiring General Practitioners and other medical professionals for partner clinics while providing administrative support. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for GP and healthcare roles Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews and communication with clinics Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment documents Prepare job postings, role briefs, and updates Support GP onboarding and manage recruitment files and agreements Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and admin tasks Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field At least 1 year of recruitment or HR experience Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills Proficient in Google Workspace and HR/recruitment tools Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup Professional and maintains confidentiality at all times The pay range for this role is: #J-18808-Ljbffr
