Role Overview The HR Admin supports the HR Department with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and daily HR coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Maintain employee and doctors’ records and HR databases Support performance reviews and HR documentation Ensure HR policies are updated and followed Handle HR‑related inquiries Provide administrative and compliance support to the HR team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field 1–2 years HR admin or recruitment experience Healthcare background is an advantage Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail Proficient in Google Workspace Able to work reliably and independently in a remote setup The pay range for this role is: #J-18808-Ljbffr
