Shift Manager
– McDonald's (Corporate‑Owned Restaurant)
Description Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for customers. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform various tasks: planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for smooth hand‑over. They may be responsible for meeting targets and helping department goals.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older. We look for positive team players with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
