Position Title
Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Supervisor
Area of Requirement Industrial Facility Maintenance (Building 277)
Scope of Position Provides full‑time oversight for FRCSE Building 277 operations, working with a core crew familiar with FRCSE industrial facilities.
Tasks and Capabilities Required
Coordinate facility maintenance tasks with Plant Services and multiple shop supervisors.
Oversee industrial facility maintenance, repairs, and operational support.
Track, report, and execute recurring work requirements at FRCSE facilities.
Mandatory Experience and Certifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience managing facility maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Must coordinate directly with FRCSE Plant Services.
Preferred/Desired Certifications
Industrial maintenance certifications
CMMS/Maximo experience
OSHA 30
Special Qualifications/Requirements Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation.
