Job Description As an Assisted Living Administrator | Executive Director at River Crossing Assisted Living Community, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community by achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, supervising and developing all employees, ensuring services exceed customer needs and expectations, and overseeing day-to-day activities.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies.
Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
