River Crossing Assisted Living Community – Tutera Senior Living and Health Care
We are seeking an Interim Assisted Living Administrator / Executive Director to lead our community and exceed resident expectations.
Responsibilities As an Assisted Living Administrator / Executive Director, you will be responsible for overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community, achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, supervising and developing employees, ensuring services exceed customer needs, and overseeing day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
