About The Role The Assistant General Manager, Consignment is responsible for driving the retail supply business through our consignment services; these services include Luxury Consignment Office, Expert valuation and Drop Off services in partnership with the field sales team. This role manages teammates who support our supply funnel within our retail locations. The goal of the AGM Supply is to ensure their team consistently delivers a world class retail experience and fosters client trust to both consign high value products and meet our shipped unit goals. Success in this position requires an ability to develop and to coach a dynamic team with various skill sets. This position should support consistent decision making frameworks and exceptional client experiences. The AGM requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, operations, Expert leadership and Consignor Relations/Customer Services counterparts. This teammate should be able to manage organizational change productively by driving continuous improvement.
What You Get To Do Everyday
Accountable for the supply results of the shop
Driving results through execution of world class consignor experience including service level and consignment office presentation
Lead and drive supply business through execution of strategies with direct reports and cross‑functional partners
Develop top‑level weekly, monthly and quarterly strategies to drive in‑store business and consignor relationships
Drive a 360° store experience by ensuring that the team is introducing customers to all TRR services and delivering on experience expectations
Collaborate with in‑store leadership to ensure all business revenue goals are made—both supply and demand, align on strategies and work as one team
Recruit, retain, coach and develop top level talent within the flagship
Quality check consignment service initiatives, including quality of in‑store appointments, drop offs, communication to consignors, etc
Ownership of the consignor experience through the consignment office presentation standards
Deliver regular feedback on supply growth and analytics with direct reports and cross‑functional partners in the field and headquarters
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand what levers to pull to drive results
Ambassador for luxury fashion – able to inspire teams
What You Bring To The Role
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
5+ years experience creating and delivering on key initiatives and goals
5+ years experience working in the luxury space in a client facing role
Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
5+ years of experience leading a team of 15+ direct reports in the retail space that drove successful revenue results

The expected salary range for this role is $101,745.00-$122,400.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
