About the Role The Assistant General Manager is responsible for driving store KPIs by managing a team of in‑store Resale Sales Associates, Retail Experts, and other staff. The AGM leads the store team to provide top‑level service and sales experience for customers and consignors, leveraging business partners to grow demand revenue. The leader is also responsible for recruiting top talent, fostering growth and development, and ensuring staff stay up‑to‑date with industry knowledge.
What You Get to Do Every Day
Collaborate with the Head of Shop to meet revenue goals for the demand business.
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to drive in‑store business and consignor relationships.
Work with individual Resale Sales Associates on outreach strategies, consignor follow‑up, and appointment setting to reach revenue targets.
Ensure a 360‑degree store experience, introducing customers to all TRR services and meeting experience expectations.
Act as an ambassador for luxury fashion and retail, inspiring floor staff.
Possess industry‑leading knowledge in categories like mens and womens ready‑to‑wear, fine jewelry, watches, handbags, and shoes.
Conduct regular training and meetings with Resale Managers to drive initiatives and share in‑store learnings.
Recruit, retain, coach, and develop top‑level talent.
Onboard and train new hires using company tools and the 30/60/90 feedback cycle.
Deliver regular feedback to partners in the field and headquarters.
Collaborate with in‑store peer leadership to align on strategies.
Understand 4‑wall product feedback and product needs.
What You Bring to the Role
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of leading and running a store or department with 15+ employees.
3+ years of experience creating and delivering on key initiatives and goals.
3+ years in luxury retail or a client‑facing role in the luxury space.
Team player capable of collaborating across departments to meet goals.

Expected salary range: $97,920.00–$122,400.00. Pay varies by location, experience, and other factors. Bonuses, incentive pay, and other benefits may also apply.
