Responsibilities What you’ll do: Manages the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer‑facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements. Provides subject‑matter expertise, develops requirements, and provides solutions for complex problems that span multiple business functions and timeframes with new or existing tools. Partners cross‑functionally with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects. Manages one or more work streams for the operations organization by designing project plans and leading a group of associates while facilitating stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives. Recommends appropriate operational processes, develops and manages project requests and timelines, establishes requirements, communicates status details, timelines, and resource availability, plans and executes resource allocation, finalizes and approves deliverables, and takes corrective action as necessary. Provides analytical decision support by interpreting data, conducting analyses of initiatives, translating findings into recommendations aligned with business objectives, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop processes and strategies. Supervises and manages associates and leaders, gives direction, monitors performance, provides feedback, identifies training needs, and offers growth opportunities. Coaches, teaches, and evaluates associates and leaders. Identifies and tracks export shipment data, investigates improvements within the warehouse, provides feedback to internal customers and associates, reviews statistical shipment data, prepares reports, and audits compliance with regulatory agencies. Trains export associates on shipment processes and documentation required by carriers and governmental agencies. Demonstrates expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans, provides expert advice and guidance, supports business solutions by building relationships, and ensures compliance with company policies and ethics. Builds high‑performing teams, embraces diversity, fosters belonging, attracts and retains talent, and serves customers by delivering results while prioritizing data‑driven decisions, continuous improvement, and ethical behavior.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance or related area OR 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or related area.
