POSITION SUMMARY The Dealer Group Manager will develop effective sales and marketing strategies to expand Westlake’s auto‑finance business, driving growth by identifying untapped automotive markets, increasing the dealer network, and consulting with key strategic dealer partners to ensure long‑term success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Present the Strategic Account Group (SAG) program benefits, guidelines, and services to all levels of management within partner dealerships. Train dealer partners on new programs, promotions, and technology. Meet with non‑producing and inactive dealer partners to generate applications. Develop and maintain relationships with dealer account managers, origination teams, sales managers, and executives within Westlake. Prepare action plans for daily, weekly, and monthly execution. Prepare presentations, reports, and portfolio reviews for all levels of management, partners, and dealerships. Assist with collecting stipulations and documents to fast‑fund dealer partners. Develop, maintain, update, and understand sales presentations. Travel extensively throughout the Eastern United States; minimum travel commitment of 50%. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND LICENCES Ability to persuade and influence others. Strong presentation skills from creation to delivery. Interpersonal and communication skills. Detail‑oriented with ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid state driver’s license. EDUCATION Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Automotive, finance, and sales experience. Outside sales experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of web applications. Experience with application submission portals such as DealerTrack and RouteOne. COMPENSATION Annual salary range: $130,000.00 – $160,000.00, with performance‑based bonus. Payment will be determined at hiring time based on location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure. BENEFITS Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
