Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a full-service, outpatient primary care practice.

Serve as Medical Director for the practice, guiding clinical operations and ensuring high‑quality patient‑centered care.

Support quality improvement initiatives and mentor other providers.

Collaborate with administrative leadership to align clinical and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician.

Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to manage clinical teams.

Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
