Location: Boston, MA (Remote options available)
Salary: $155,000 - $410,000 + discretionary bonus. 401(k), medical, dental, vision, holiday pay, vacation.
Overview PwC’s Risk & Regulatory Advisory team seeks a Director to lead client engagements in financial risk transformation. As a subject matter expert, you advise financial institutions on wholesale lending, risk data governance, and regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead client engagements and shape strategy for credit risk, wholesale banking, and risk reporting.
Design and implement Target Operating Models and risk data governance frameworks.
Provide thought leadership on regulatory reporting, BCBS 239, and MRA/MRIA remediation.
Mentor senior associates and foster a collaborative high‑performance culture.
Advocate for PwC’s values of integrity, inclusion, and commercial excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial risk, credit risk, or regulatory advisory.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Advanced knowledge of wholesale lending, risk data governance, and regulatory reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and client‑management skills.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex solutions.
