A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an
Operations Supervisor
to oversee production and support teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for supervising 1540 employees in a manufacturing and/or assembly setting, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team to meet daily production goals while ensuring product quality and minimizing scrap. Promote a safe and clean work environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Ensure all team members are properly trained and supported in their roles. Monitor efficiency and analyze production data, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Foster collaboration with other supervisors and departments to improve overall performance. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company requirements. Enforce adherence to company policies and resolve minor employee issues.
Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. 35 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing/production environment. Strong communication and people management skills. Proficient in problem-solving and basic computer systems. Ability to stand/walk frequently and occasionally lift heavier materials. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
