A rapidly growing organization is seeking a

Systems Administrator

to oversee and enhance its core business platforms. This role ensures systems run smoothly, data remains accurate, and teams across operations, finance, supply chain, and customer channels have the reporting and visibility they need.

What Youll Do Act as the main point of contact for system questions, operational issues, and enhancement requests Support and administer key business platforms including the ERP, BI reporting tools, ecommerce systems, integrations, and internal communication tools Configure and optimize workflows, permissions, roles, automations, and user setup within the ERP Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models used across multiple departments Monitor data quality across systems and ensure clean, consistent reporting Troubleshoot integration issues, data movement challenges, and reporting inconsistencies Work closely with external consultants, integration specialists, and technical partners Document processes, SOPs, and systems configurations for internal use Lead systems-focused initiatives such as new modules, automations, integrations, and feature rollouts

What Were Looking For 5 years of experience administering an ERP platform (NetSuite experience a plus but not required to apply) 3 years working with BI tools (Power BI strongly preferred) Experience working with data warehouse or cloud-based data environments Background in product-based, retail, or supply-chain-driven organizations is highly beneficial Hands-on experience with integrations (API, middleware, ETL, etc.) Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as order management, procurement, and inventory workflows
