HPC Solutions Architect Manager
Dallas - Hybrid (3-days onsite)
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced technical leader to manage a team of architects focused on
high-performance computing (HPC) solutions . This position involves guiding customers through the full solution lifecycle, from initial requirements to deployment and optimization, while ensuring architectures are secure, scalable, and tailored for complex workloads. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of architects across
compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, and security
domains. Design and implement
reference architectures and best practices
for HPC environments. Oversee
proof-of-concept initiatives
and validate performance for advanced workloads. Stay current with emerging technologies such as
GPU acceleration, orchestration frameworks, and distributed storage systems . Engage with customers to translate technical requirements into optimized solutions. Represent the organization in technical workshops and industry forums. Required Qualifications: 10+ years
in HPC, solutions architecture, or large-scale distributed systems. 3+ years
in technical leadership, managing multi-disciplinary teams. Expertise in
compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, and security . Hands-on experience with
GPU acceleration (CUDA, NVIDIA) , workload schedulers (Slurm, Kubernetes), and distributed storage systems. Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences. Preferred Skills: Experience delivering HPC or AI/ML workloads at scale. Familiarity with
data platforms
(Kafka, Spark) and
DevOps tools
(Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD). Advanced technical degree and relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, etc.).
