Family Nurse Practitioner
ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. Develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team.
Compensation
Total earning potential of $200,000+ based on RVU‑based bonus model.
Base salary $135,000–$150,000 for 34 hours per week.
Opportunities for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up extra shifts.
Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible roles.
401(k) with 4% employer match.
Medical, Dental, Vision benefits.
Paid Time Off of 4 weeks plus 1 week for CME.
Paid holidays, paid parental leave, paid sabbatical.
Reimbursement for CME allowance $2,500 annually and other professional benefits.
All benefits dependent on role and eligibility.
Schedule and Training
Work 34 hours per week, receiving full‑time benefits.
No admin days or on‑call time.
Scheduled appointments – no staying late to work through a waiting room.
Clinic positions require a two‑week training period with travel to various clinics.
Additional mandatory training may apply.
Clinic Location
Locations in Seattle metro area: 98121, 98103, 98109, 98107, 98119, 98102, 98036, 98072.
Essential Functions
Provide preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, wellness exams and procedures.
Practice in state‑of‑the‑art neighborhood clinics with an organized practice model.
Deliver evidence‑based medical care.
Practice confidently with on‑demand access to a Physician.
Qualifications
Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with NCCPA certification or
Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
At least 1–2 years post‑graduation experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
Experience seeing patients of all ages.
Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
Demonstrate 2,000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
Working Conditions
Standing for long periods.
Fit tested for an N‑95 mask and wear a respirator as required.
Wearing a mask as needed.
Clinical timelines may require work outside regular hours.
Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
