is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team. Compensation
Total earning potential of $200,000+ including a base salary of $135,000–$150,000 with additional compensation through an RVU-based bonus model. $10,000 float differential. 401(k) match. Sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance, and shift differentials. Medical, Dental, Vision benefits. Paid Time Off of 4 weeks plus 1 week for CME. Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Sabbatical. State License, DEA, BLS and one professional organization of your choice (AANP or AAPA) reimbursed; $2,500 annual CME Allowance + 1 week off for CME; UpToDate Membership and Medical Malpractice Insurance. Schedule & Training
Work an average of 34 hours per week, qualifying for full‑time benefits. No administrative days and no on‑call time. Scheduled appointments—no late shifts. Clinic positions require a two‑week training period with travel to various clinics; schedule during training may differ from standard clinic schedule. Additional mandatory training may be required for some positions. Clinic Location
Float to clinics throughout the Seattle metro. Essential Functions
Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, wellness exams, and procedures. Practice in state‑of‑the‑art neighborhood clinics with a well‑organized practice model. Provide evidence‑based medical care. Practice confidently with on‑demand access to a Physician. Qualifications
Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA. Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner. At least 1–2 years of post‑graduation experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care. Experience seeing patients of all ages. Eligible to participate in the Medicare program. Demonstrate 2,000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer. Working Conditions
Standing for long periods of time. Fit tested for an N‑95 mask; must be clean‑shaven for fit testing or when wearing the respirator. Must wear a mask as needed. Clinical timelines and work volume may require more than scheduled hours or work outside of regular business hours. Ability and willingness to move to different clinic locations based on business needs. ZoomCare is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our employees and patients.
