Position Summary
Title:
Clinical Director – ABA Therapy (Action Behavior Centers)
Location:
Fort Worth, TX (remote work up to 3 days per month)
Employment Type:
Full-time (mid‑senior level)
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $120,000 annually + performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.
Monthly performance bonuses uncapped, starting at 26 hours per week.
Mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA.
Certification bonuses for each therapist supervised who becomes certified.
Relocation package available.
401(k) with company match.
Remote work benefit: up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, up to 16 assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.
Annual paid time off: almost 30 days including holidays, personal days, CEU days, and flex days.
Manageable caseload: support up to 8 children.

Research & Innovation: collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality.
Continuing education: 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds for additional training courses, and two paid days for CEU events.

Role Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services.
Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center.
Qualifications BCBA certification or equivalent, with experience leading a clinical team and delivering ABA therapy to children.
