Base pay range $40.00/hr - $87.00/hr
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Central Staffing Office/ ICU Float pool to meet the ever‑changing staffing needs across the Critical Care and Cardiovascular program.
Key Responsibilities
Providing competent nursing care to critically ill patients (newborn – adult) and their families across all 4 ICUs (Medical ICU, Medical/Surgical ICU, Neonatal ICU and Cardiac ICU).
Delivering family‑centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Working in a fast paced, collaborative environment with many opportunities for learning and career growth with comprehensive orientation to meet individual needs.
Opportunities to be involved in hospital wide committees and to precept new staff and nursing students.
24, 30, 36 or 40 hours available; orientation at 36 hours.
Minimum Qualifications Education
A bachelor's degree in nursing
Experience
A minimum of 1-year, pediatric ICU RN experience required with a wide range of diagnoses preferred.
Ability to work 50% Day/Night rotations, every third weekend, and flexibility of availability required.
Licensure/Certifications
Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Additional $8.00 / hour incentive for all hours worked.
