We are supporting a large enterprise organization that is continuing to build out its Technology Procurement function. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants meaningful ownership, visibility, and the ability to shape procurement processes within a growing team.
What Youll Be Doing Manage end-to-end procurement for mid-tier IT deals, generally ranging from $2K$100K Lead vendor evaluations, quotes, negotiations, and contract reviews in partnership with IT and business stakeholders Negotiate renewals, pricing, and terms across software/SaaS, hardware, and IT services Support MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, license agreements, and subscription renewals Leverage Coupa to manage requisitions, approvals, POs, contract records, and renewals Track software licenses, maintenance contracts, and subscription utilization Ensure compliance with licensing terms and support internal/external software audits Maintain strong cross-functional relationships as the procurement function continues to centralize Identify cost savings opportunities through re-sourcing, supplier consolidation, and negotiation strategy Help improve processes and documentation as the organization continues to scale
What You Need 57+ years of IT Procurement experience Hands-on experience negotiating software/SaaS contracts (renewals and new purchases) Strong familiarity with contract terms (SLAs, indemnification, termination rights, DPAs, usage rights, etc.) Experience supporting IT hardware, software, and/or system integrator/service provider purchasing Coupa experience strongly preferred
especially Procure-to-Pay and/or Contract Management Ability to work closely with technical and business leaders in a maturing procurement environment Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder partnership skills Ability to be onsite in
