ZoomInfo
Lead end-to-end procurement for ZoomInfo's IT vendor contracts, including sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, compliance, and vendor management. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure cost-effectiveness, contract integrity, and operational efficiency.
Oversee intake, review, negotiation, and execution of IT contracts (incl. SaaS, IaaS)
Lead RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and vendor selection processes
Manage renewals, terminations, payments, and supplier onboarding
Analyze spend, benchmark pricing, and optimize vendor agreements
Maintain metrics for procurement performance and vendor SLAs
Act as a subject matter expert in procurement best practices
What You Bring:
5–7 years in IT procurement, sourcing, or contract management 3+ years negotiating medium-to-large IT/SaaS contracts Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills Experience with global vendors and procurement governance BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Reddit Marketing Intern (Global - Non-US)
