Senior Recruiter , youll be at the heart of our talent strategysourcing, engaging, and placing elite IT professionals while building lasting relationships and driving business growth. What Youll Do: Recruit & Retain Top Talent : Use your sourcing savvycold calls, job boards, social media, and moreto find and engage high-caliber IT candidates. Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and career goals. Drive Placements : Match candidates with client needs, ensuring a perfect fit. Maintain strong relationships with contractors to deliver exceptional service and resolve issues swiftly. Generate Leads & Build Networks : Tap into your industry knowledge and candidate relationships to uncover new business opportunities and referrals. Crush Goals : Meet and exceed weekly business development targets with confidence and consistency. What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in an IT-related field (preferred).
