Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable. Set up and break down the operatory post treatment. Take dental radiographs (x‑rays). Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment. Provide patients with follow‑up instructions after all treatment procedures. Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health. Qualifications Prior Dental Assistant experience preferred. Prior working experience with Dentrix preferred. Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations require. X‑ray certification where state regulations require. Compensation & Schedule Compensation: $20 – $24 per hour based on experience. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM. Benefits Parental Leave: Up to 3 weeks paid. Time Off: Up to 3 weeks PTO + 8 paid holidays (PTO rolls over). 401(k) match.
