We value a wide range of voices and experiences—both personal and professional—and believe that a board representing the community we serve is essential to the integrity and impact of our work. We welcome applicants from different racial, cultural, socioeconomic, and professional backgrounds, as well as those with lived experience connected to our mission. Your perspective matters, and your voice belongs at the table. Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check. We are open to individuals with a set-aside and will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis. However, candidates must not be excluded from working with vulnerable populations or from serving on a nonprofit board.
