Hoefer Welker is seeking a qualified REVIT Designer within our Healthcare Practice Group’s medical equipment and technology consulting service (Clinical Technology Solutions). The REVIT Designer will provide specialized support for developing and managing medical equipment REVIT layout drawings for new healthcare projects. This is an entry-level role supporting the BIM Project Manager, including initial setup of REVIT models, developing medical equipment layouts, BIM coordination, and maintaining a REVIT family library.
Essential Responsibilities
Set up and maintain REVIT models and BIM standards.
Participate in project meetings to document layout modifications.
Develop REVIT medical equipment layouts according to standards.
Manage REVIT family libraries and layout templates.
Provide technical support for BIM deliverables.
Education/Experience Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Drafting and Design preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience with AutoDesk BIM 360.
Minimum 3 years in healthcare planning/design/construction industry.
Experience developing REVIT families is preferred.
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations Revit/AutoDesk certification is beneficial. Valid driver’s license required, with willingness to use a personal vehicle for work.
Qualifications/Skills Proficiency in REVIT, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam. Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Technical support skills for Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM/CAD software.
Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
Team-oriented, detail-focused, problem-solving skills.
