Direct Counsel is hiring: Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Associate in Boulder

Direct Counsel has partnered with an AmLaw 200 firm seeking a Cybersecurity Associate (2–4 years) to join their growing team. Well-qualified candidates in any of the firm’s office locations nationwide will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have experience in privacy, cybersecurity, internet, and computer law, along with a technical background or a general understanding of technology and electronic systems. Experience in data security incident notification and breach response is preferred.

Successful candidates will be:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to respond quickly to urgent matters

• Strong in interpersonal, communication, client management, and crisis management skills

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Compensation:

• $155,000–$165,000 annually (full-time), plus discretionary annual bonus

• Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, skill set, internal equity, and market data.
