What Youll Be Doing Serve as a senior escalation point for complex issues and project work. Lead deployments, configurations, and migrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-prem environments. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and SonicWall firewalls, switches, and VPNs. Implement and support backup/disaster recovery, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/SAN), and automation via PowerShell. Partner with clients to assess needs, recommend solutions, and execute strategic initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with senior engineers and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements: Youve spent at least 2+ years working in the MSP world and know the ins and outs of delivering tech solutions. Comfortable juggling multiple projects while managing escalated support tickets without missing a beat. Youre hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory. Experienced configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and SonicWall firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and network routing. Skilled in virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V, plus managing SAN storage environments. You understand the importance of backup and disaster recovery, and youre familiar with cybersecurity tools such as EDR and MDR.
