REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry components:
Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Ontology, Workshop Strong programming skills:
Python, PySpark, SQL Knowledge of:
ETL workflows, data modeling, and data governance Practical knowledge of ETL design patterns, data integration frameworks, and large-scale data processing methodologies. Experience with data modeling techniques, including designing fact/dimension tables, semantic data models, and entity relationships. Solid understanding of
data governance practices , including data quality, lineage, retention, and security controls. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, agile environments.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain highly scalable data pipelines within
Palantir Foundry , leveraging components such as: Code Repositories
for version-controlled development Pipeline Builder
for orchestrating batch and streaming workflows Ontology
for modeling business entities, relationships, and operational data assets Workshop
for exploratory data analysis, logic refinement, and user collaboration Write efficient and maintainable code using
Python and PySpark , ensuring optimal performance when processing large datasets. Develop and optimize SQL queries to support data ingestion, transformation, and analytical workflows. Collaborate with data analysts, business SMEs, product teams, and data governance stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, usability, and lifecycle integrity. Implement robust ETL workflows that adhere to engineering best practices, including test automation, CI/CD, observability, and documentation.
